Dear BSU President, BSU Advisors and BSU Members:
The 21th Annual National Black Student Union Conference, www.nbsu.org, will be held November 16-18, 2018 at the Chicago Marriott Lincolnshire Resort, Lincolnshire, IL. The NBSU Faculty Advisory Committee welcomes your involvement, early registration and, pre-conference participation.
The 2st Annual BSU Advisors Forum, www.nbsu.org, is July 19, 2018, Robbinsdale Area Schools, Plymouth, MN (Minneapolis area).
Please note: the conference registration fee is $250.00 per person. Institutional Members will pay $200.00 per person. Please submit registration on the conference Online Registration Link. A state rate of $99.00 per night, (11% taxes) single or double, has been secured at the Chicago Marriott Lincolnshire Resort (847-634-0100).
As in the past, early registrants and Institutional Members receive priority consideration for serving as speakers, moderators, cultural performers, etc. BSU campuses are asked to participate in “the BSU Best Practice Sessions.” The BSU Best Practices Sessions highlight a project that you have completed and/or a project that you plan to implement. BSU Advisors are encouraged to play an active role in hosting the conference.
